Fragrant and Fabulous Easter Bonnet
It’s the perfect time to plan a gorgeous welcoming front entry.
This trio offers colour variety and fragrance for a sunny doorstep. I couldn’t resist this Silver Lincoln Egg pot for Easter.

Salvia 'So Cool Lilac'

Striking flowers of soft lilac colour with high volume of blooms produced in spring and autumn. Very compact and dense growth habit, low maintenance, dry tolerant and easy to grow. Prune after main flowering to encourage faster re-bloom and to maintain a neat habit. It can reach 70cm in the garden but more compact in a pot combination.

Lavender 'Blue Aromatico'

'Aromatico Blue' is a compact, bushy, evergreen lavender aromatic, silvery-grey leaves and slender, upright stems bearing fragrant, deep violet-blue flowers in summer and early autumn. It’s part of the English Lavender family so it is great oils for dried flowers.
One of the most compact forms it’s maximum height is 50cm x 30cm so great for front path boarders or in pots.

Nemesia 'Easter Bonnet'

is a prolific flowering perennial plant which is truly amazing. It producing an abundance of perfumed flowers from spring  to autumn. Sweet trio of mauve and white scented flowers with  lemon centres. It makes a wonderful addition to your patio pots planted somewhere you can appreciate the wonderful fragrance. Height 20-30cm.

Fresh welcoming colour filled with  INSPIRATION

A Snow Queen and a White Flamingo
What a fresh combo and styles in crisp white pots with lovely curves

Anthurium 'White' (Flamingo Lily)
No it’s not a Peace Lily. Look closer. The leaf and flower is more glossy and elegant. I keep telling people that I have had my Flamingo Lily since 2017 and it hasn’t stopped flowering. It gets a bright blast of light in the morning but is positioned away from the window. I water it less than once a fortnight. I’ve probably only fed it 3 times . So Flamingo Lilies are so low maintenance and stunners. I'm just about to repot and I’m hoping for even bigger flowers as they do this as they age.

Scindapsus 'Snow Queen'

Not just gorgeous foliage with crisp white variation but a house and aquarium cleaner too. Effective at removing indoor pollutants such as formaldehyde, xylene, and benzene. And did you know Snow Queen can be used in aquariums, placed on top of the aquarium and allowed to grow roots in the water. This is beneficial to the plant and the aquarium as it absorbs many nitrates and uses them for growth. Keep out of direct sun and in a warm place inside and Snow Queen can grow up to 2m long.
I've found my new favourite plant!

Alocasia Polly
Alocasia x amazonica ‘Indica Metallica’ or Alocasia 'Polly' is sure to create a statement in your indoor jungle with its bold defined veins! Also called an elephant’s ear because its large leaves have a shape reminiscent of an elephant’s ear!  Loves a warm or humid spot as the Alocasia is used to tropical climates. Allow soil to dry out slightly between watering and place in a bright room.

Blueberry

Blueberries are mainly deciduous shrubs with oval leaves and produces white bell-shaped flowers in spring. Fruit is produced in summer and the leaves take on attractive red orange tones in autumn. Berries are best left to ripen on the bush. Bird netting may be required and the berries , once picked, can be eaten fresh , frozen or made into jams , jelly, juice or used in baking cakes, tarts, muffins and various delicious sweets.

We currently have Sunshine Blue and Brightwell varieties in stock.
Sunshine blue is an excellent garden border, or pot variety. Its a semi deciduous with a very compact form and smaller growing variety. Height is 1m x Width 1m

Brightwell variety bears large juicy fruit. Suits a sunny to partly shaded position, and can be frost hardy. a deciduous shrub with a height of 1.5m x width of 1.5m.

Expert Tip - Feed with Azalea and Camellia Fertiliser as Blueberries love acidic soil to exchange nutrients from the soil.
