Autumn Flowering Hydrangeas are at their beautiful best. Hydrangea 'Sundae Fraise' has juvenile flowers that are green and white, whereas mature flowers display a variety of pink hues.

Stunning Salvias flower for months. The So Cool range has shades of purple flowers. They are a favorite of mine, not just because of the colour, but because they are so compact. I just can't resist adding silver foliage to purple flowers, so I have included Cineraria' Silver Dust' which we have in our colour pot range for just $2.99 each or 10 for $25. It is an annual, but I often get 3 years out of them. Great Value! This trio is happiest in full fun but will cope with part sun.

Flowers & foliage filled with inspiration!

Nodding Violet (Streptocarpus caulescens)
A brilliant flowering indoor plant, with cute little violet faces that appear to be suspended as they have such fine stems and protrude from the plant. Keep in a very bright space indoors, ideally with a couple of hours of direct sun in the morning only. Don't allow to sit in water or get too wet as the succulent leaves hold water. Can be grown undercover outdoors in shade. Great gift idea or take home to cheer yourself up, learn to say the botanical name and you will impress all your friends!

Gorgeous New Peperomia 'Moonlight'

Rare new cultivar 'Moonlight' is a metallic tinged sliver foliage Peperomia that shines in the light. As with all Peperomias, keep in a bright position indoors and allow to begin to dry out slightly between waterings.
Curry Leaf Tree

The curry leaf tree (Murraya koenigii) is a small bush or tree that only grows 2 to 3m in height in Melbourne. The plant is tropical to sub-tropical and as such, is semi deciduous through the coldest part of Melbourne's winter.
It produces small fragrant white flowers that occasionally become small, black, berry-like fruits. The fruit is edible, but the seed is poisonous and must be removed prior to use. The foliage is the real standout and is arranged alternately on the stem, pinnate and comprised of many leaflets. The aromatic scent is spicy and heady and best when the leaves are fresh.

The Caterpillars are Out In Force!
Protect Your Garden With Tomato Dust

As the weather cools and veggies like Brassicas start coming into season, the Cabbage White Butterflies start to lay eggs and their caterpillars start invading the garden.
Tomato Dust is very effective for killing caterpillars, while leaving other insects alone, and only 24h is needed after dusting before you can pick and eat your edibles.
Avoid using Tomato Dust if there are a lot of bees in the area/on the flowers of the plants you are dusting.
